Once the printer client is installed you can use the printer icon in your computer’s system tray to access printer actions.

1. In the system tray, a left-click will open the web portal in a browser. Right-clicking will give a menu of actions to perform. Selecting Add printer… will open the web portal.

2. Selecting Set Default Printer… will open a dialog box showing the current printers on your computer. To change the default printer, select the printer and click Set Default Printer.  When finished, click Close. This will set the default printer in the OS when printing from all programs.

3. Selecting Delete Printer… will open a dialog box showing the current printers on your computer. To remove a printer, select the printer and click Delete Printer.  When finished, click Close. This will remove the printer form your system.

4. Selecting View Installed Printers… will open a dialog box showing the current printers on your computer.

5. Selecting Refresh Configurations will refresh your computer with the settings on the server.
